07 Aug Get Fit with me!! Count down till 9/14/15
I am the first to tell you that getting fit and staying fit is absolutely a challenge, but boy is it rewarding. I have begun the process and I love the feeling of accomplishment, I enjoy the rush of taking on a goal and seeing that goal accomplished..
Consistency is the objective, not perfection. I have set a personal goal and it would be great if you would set one as well!! to be apart of the challenge register here at tylibah.com and do weekly check ins. All that is required is that you work out once a day for a minimum of 30 minutes and that you eat protein, vegetables, water and good carbs!!! My birthday is September 14th and as a gift to me I want to include you in doing something really special!! Count down till September 14th, whose in??
